Work with Focus Group Radio!
We’re looking for someone to join us at Focus Group Radio (FGR) — a platform rooted in music and art, and the people who care about it. We’re building a space for those who find joy in discovery — in consuming something new, strange, moving, or hard to place. Through radio shows, listening sessions, club gigs, and quiet experiments, we’re slowly shaping a community that values curiosity over hype and sound over spectacle.
Who we’re looking for
Someone who:
- Cares about music and community in equal measure
- Is excited about building a brand and telling stories
- Is organised and has a good eye (and ear) for detail
- Is super comfortable with social media tools (Instagram and WhatsApp)
- Basic understanding of Adobe and Canva
- Wants to work on everything from event coverage to campaign ideas to audience research
What you’ll get

You don’t need a degree or years of experience — just curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in the kind of work we do. You will be working approximately 3-4 hrs a day.
